Build Submission Pack v1: aircraft details, pilot history, training, and current dec page so brokers can move on day one.

Day 1 — Choose your mode
Pool-then-appoint: request short Market Plans from several brokers, then pick one.
Appoint-now: sign a focused 10-day BOR window with a broker you trust. -
Days 2–6 — Submissions with proof
Brokers log carrier submissions with timestamped acknowledgements so you can see which markets were actually approached.

Days 7–12 — Quotes or declinations
You receive quotes or structured declinations with reasons, plus prompts for mitigation like training, mentorship, or hull adjustments.

Before expiry — Decide with evidence
Compare options, bind with confidence, or export an Evidence Pack if you need to escalate a blocked or mishandled placement.
