Authorization to Transmit

You authorize PolicyPreflight to transmit your Submission Pack and signed Broker-of-Record (BOR) letters to the broker(s) you select and to collect timestamped acknowledgments from brokers and carriers. PolicyPreflight does not sell, solicit, negotiate, present, or bind insurance and is not your agent. PolicyPreflight will not transmit your personal information to non-appointed brokers. You may revoke this authorization at any time.
